HOW TO: Change App Icons

Same app icons? Want to see something different on your device? How about changing your app icons into a new image?
Funky eh? I just got tired looking at the same app icons everyday so I decided to change all of them.
You must have Winterboard installed on your device.
1) SSH to your device and locate /var/stash/Themes/
2) Click the theme folder that you are currently using
3) Then double-click /Icons/
4) Upload the icons* that you have into this path /var/stash/Themes/your theme folder/Icons
5) Respring your device
*You can find small icons on the Google Images or varies of websites, alternatively you can download theme packs and choose the icons you want from there.

I downloaded this app via Cydia as I want to view images on my iPhone 3G. There are a few points that I want to point out on.
1) Slideshow – It does not have a slideshow feature, you cannot slide left nor right to the next/preview image
2) Auto-Shutdown – Often the program closes itself automatically
3) Image Size – On most images you have to zoom in to view the full image
My rating for this app would be 6/10
HOW TO: Change SBSettings Wallpaper

Are you bored looking the same wallpaper all the time? There’s one solution, change it.
Make sure you have winterboard installed on your device for this to work.
1) Go to AlliPhoneWallpapers.com and choose your desire wallpaper
2) SSH to your device and locate /var/mobile/Library/SBSettings/Themes/
3) Click the theme folder that you are currently using
4) Rename your chosen wallpaper to BackgroundImage1Row.png (if you are using 1 dock, for 2 or 3 replace the number)
5) Upload the wallpaper to the path
6) Respring your device
If you fancy a dock then I suggest you download the whole theme. It’s just a little customization to your SBSettings.

It has been a long time since I updated my blog. I have been awful busy with my life, I got studying, working, chatting to my mrs and planning my holiday for next year.
